It's All a Matter of TIME

Time...
...what is TIME? what is time in relation to us?
Is time defining us or are we the ones defining time?
I remember even now when i looked at Dali's painting the first time when i was younger, and i asked myself what did he mean by that?
And in the end, it's all a matter of perception.
Do we have power over time? We have definetely seen that time has power over us...
According to proverbs and sayings from all over the world, time has the power to heal us, to discover the truth hidden in any situation, to make us wiser and stronger,
and time has the fame of being invincible...
Do we use time for us...or against us?
But no matter how much we run away from it, it seems to catch up with us wherever we hide; no matter how much we get angry at it, it seems to pass faster and faster each day;
...and then...when we finally learn to accept and respect time, and to make it a part of who we are...we have the power to control it and make work for us instead of against us...
Time and time again seems to say this picture to me...funny enough at times, some situations do seem to repeat indeed time and time again...have you ever wondered why?
"Time is an illusion" someone said. And whoever said that was right. Time is illusion, an illusion created to help us develop ourselves in so many ways. To learn, to heal, to understand, to discover the truth, to see life and many other positive aspects.
In the company of the ones we love, time seems to pass very fast; not the same friendly time passes as fast when we are with people we don't like or we do things we don't agree with. As weird as this may seem...it is only our fault. We give time the power to control our lives and to control who we are. We give time the power to pass so slow whenever we are in a situation we don't like by reacting negatively to that situation. And time reacts as well..."now let me slow down and give this person the opportunity to learn something and discover" time seems to say whenever it seems to stop or slow down..."it's all about you how fast you understand i am in your hands and you have all the power"
And all negative situations we don't like will indeed repeat time and time again until we learn to transform our negative feelings into positive ones and until we learn to stop reacting to what is happening to us. And all the bad people we don't like will be attracted in our lives over and over again...time and time again...
How much do we fear time?
How much do we fear bad things coming back in our lives again?
How much are we willing to go against it until we learn to accept what is given to us by the universe and make the best of everything we have?
How long are we willing to extend our unhappiness until we realise it's all in our hands?
How long are we willing to wait until we find out that there is no yesterday and no tomorrow?
It is only NOW...we are part of it and it is part of us...
Which one is more real? Yesterday? Today? Tomorrow? Which one has the power to help us correct the mistakes? Which one can make a difference? As for sure we cannot trust the future...but we can put all our faith in today and wait...
...it's all a matter of time...
