Namaste & Hello
As the name of this website suggests, I am most interested to share the benefits of meditations and 'lightwork' with readers of these blogs.
It's nothing too fancy or too 'New' Age' that it scares you away. In fact my boyfriend labels me affectionately as a 'Space Cadet' because of my spiritual believes and practices which are not limited to just any one religion or faith, but what I may coin as the amalgamation of all the beliefs and practices across all cultures and time.
Anyway, at the root of it all, in general, we all wish to be be joyful, happy, and problem free. Be it financial, relationship or health issues, we have all been at the receiving end of at one time or another. Thus, came the sprouting of shrinks, emotional therapists and the like.
What we may all be subconsciously are aware of, but have lacked the confidence,perhaps, to believe, is that we possess the innate power to heal ourselves. Starting from the inside, cleansing our negative thought-forms and negative habits.
So, I'll be sharing some of those methods that have worked for me in the upcoming posts!!!
